I'm not even sure where to begin with this family.... They have meant so much to me over the last few years, beginning with the year in the life I did for their oldest child, through to this year in the life I've done for their youngest. Read MoreI really love it when families are willing to let me arrive really early in the morning, before anyone is out of bed. It's a vulnerable period of the day for most people, and the privilege to be able to spend those early morning hours with them is not lost on me. This family is one that I've known for several years now, and when I found out they were expecting their second baby I was so thrilled to be asked to come and document the early days of life with a toddler and newborn for them.

This is the third year in a row that I've filmed/photographed them and each year I go there I just fall in love with their way of life more and more. When I'm there I feel relaxed and welcomed, like I'm just a part of their family. I love seeing the kids grow each year, and I just adore hanging out with them for the day.
Read MoreThe whole reason I do what I do is to show parents, (mums especially) how loved and important they are. How all the hard work day in and day out is creating this magical childhood for their children and it's absolutely worth it. My hope is that the kids will be able to watch this film and relive these moments with their parents over and over through all the years of their lives, passing down their heritage to their own grandchildren one day. This is what life looked like in 2017. Wasn't it marvellous?
