After we’ve locked in your wedding date, I’ll send over everything you need to finalize your booking: a contract, invoice, and a short questionnaire. This questionnaire is my way of getting to know you both better—tell me about your story, what makes you laugh, and any special moments or traditions you want to include. Whether it’s a quiet first look, a lively dance floor, or a meaningful detail from your day, these insights help me tailor my approach to your unique wedding vibe. Six weeks before your wedding, I’ll email you to schedule a call at a time that works for you. During this call, we’ll go over all the final details, including your timeline, must-have moments, and any last-minute updates. And that’s it! On your wedding day, you can relax knowing I’ll be there to capture the love, joy, and connection that make your celebration so unforgettable. I can’t wait to create something truly special for you!

Retainer Fee

All bookings require a 25% non-refundable retainer to be paid in order to secure your date. Remaining payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

Payment Plans

Flexible payment plans are included for no extra cost.

Travel

Travel is included, up to an hour from North Richmond. Additional travel is charged at $1 per km within NSW.

I recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date set, especially if it’s during peak wedding season. Popular dates can fill up quickly, so the sooner, the better!
Absolutely! I love capturing weddings in new and unique locations. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside Sydney—just reach out, and I’ll provide a custom quote.

Traditional wedding photography often focuses on a checklist of expected shots—poses and moments that are beautiful, but not always deeply personal. While those photos have their place, I believe the images from your wedding should be more than that.
It’s about telling your story—not recreating someone else’s. If there are traditions that feel right for you, we’ll absolutely capture those—but my goal is to create images that reflect who you are as a couple, not just what’s expected. This way, every photo will feel intentional and truly yours.

I’ll blend into the background, capturing the day unobtrusively, while ensuring that nothing feels rushed or interrupted. You won’t be pulled away for endless photos—I’m there to document the moments as they happen.
Most couples tell me they feel awkward in front of the camera at first, and that’s completely normal! My goal is to make you feel comfortable by focusing on connection rather than perfection. I’ll give you simple, easy direction when needed, but most of the time, you’ll forget I’m even there.
Absolutely! I know how important those photos are, and we’ll make time for them without it feeling stiff or overwhelming. I work quickly and naturally (we usually only need about 30 min for this), so you can get back to enjoying your day while still having those timeless family moments documented.

Your completed wedding photos will be ready within 6-8 weeks. Your wedding film will be ready within 8 months of your wedding. Keep in mind that each film requires between 25-40hrs of my time spent finding the right music, editing the story, color grading the film, and editing the photos. My films are not quick to create but they are lovingly crafted and worth the time spent on them. During particularly busy times or school holidays it can add more time again. Please be patient, I promise it’s worth it.

Yes, when additional coverage is needed, I can bring along a second photographer or filmmaker. This is available as an add-on option.
Choosing the right song for your film is almost an art in and of itself. I only use licensed music, so commercial songs you hear on the radio won’t be an option anyway since it would be illegal for me to use them. If you have a genre preference I’m open to hearing more about that, but generally I recommend leaving the song choice with me. I’m pretty good at it, I promise ;)

This depends entirely on what your goals are for your photos. I won’t take you away from your wedding to take photos unless you want me to. And if that IS what you want, then I would suggest that time is more about you connecting as a couple and not about me as a photographer. Ask yourself if you need those photos because they’re “expected” or because they’re meaningful to you.
